Wolves have accepted a 23m offer from Brentford for Nathan Collins.
The move is set to be completed on Tuesday.
Collins only moedd to Wolves last summer from Burnley, but quickly established himself as a first-choice last season.
The 22-year-old will break his own record as the most expensive Irish player.
Collins follows Ruben Neves out of Wolves after the latter's sale to Al-Hilal.
