Wolves have accepted a 47m offer from Al Hilal for Ruben Neves.
The club has a year on his contract and is interesting Barcelona.
But Wolves have agreed to sell him to Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal after talks over the weekend.
Neves has been with Wolves since 2017 and led the club last season.
Wolves are pleased with the fee raised, which will go to manager Julen Lopetegui's summer transfer kitty.
