Wolves star Neto is on the radar of two top Premier League clubs this summer.

The winger is set to be put up for auction by his club, who do still need to raise funds through sales.

Per The Telegraph, Wolves are set to demand a fee of roughly 60 million for Neto.

Manchester City, Newcastle United, Arsenal, and other top clubs are all interested.

City and the Magpies are said to have the keenest interest at present, but circumstances can quickly change.

The Citizens paid a similar fee to Wolves last summer to sign midfielder Matheus Nunes.
