Wolves striker Hwang Hee-chan admits Julen Lopetegui's departure shocked the players.
Hwang, however, insists the players quickly rallied behind new manager Gary O'Neil.
He said, Honestly, it was a shock [when Lopetegui left], but we could change everything.
"It's just hard work and we did it, and after Lopetegui left, the new gaffer came and we felt straight away, from the first day, that he's very clever and he's a very good coach.
"We follow him and after five or six weeks, the results have come a good way and I think we're in a good way now."
