Kota Kinabalu: Limbahau Assemblyman Datuk Juil Nuatim called on the State government to issue a circular to all local authorities, particularly district councils and district offices, to make it mandatory to inform their elected representatives on any development projects to be carried out in the respective State seats.
He said such proposed move is necessary so that the respective elected representatives would be in the know when their grassroots are asking them details of the projects.
“There are cases where the representatives are not informed about any development or government projects in their respective constituencies when, in fact, they should be well-informed about those projects.
