A female staff member received a heartwarming note from a customer, who praised her for being patient and understanding as they took their time deciding what to order.
Barista praised for her patience
According to the note left by the customer, they were believed to have had a hard time deciding what to order, prompting the staff member to recommend a drink.
The customer appreciated the staff member’s patience and decided to leave a note to thank them, adding that the drink had now become their new favourite.
“Thank you for your patience and for recommending the drink. The drink is quite delicious. Now I know what drink to order when I visit any branch. You really made my day,” the note read.
The coffee shop also shared the sweet interaction, saying that a few kind words can really turn someone’s day around.
“One of our staff members received this lovely little note today. The message may not seem like much, but a few kind words can really make someone’s day,” the post read.
