- British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has been found not guilty of several sexual assault charges in Australia.
- The 30-year-old was acquitted of three counts of sexual penetration without consent, an assault charge, and a choking charge following an eight-day trial in Perth.
- However, Barrientos was found guilty of two charges of assault occasioning bodily harm, relating to allegations he bit the victim’s neck and breast.
- Jurors were unable to reach verdicts on three further counts of sexual penetration without consent, and prosecutors will decide whether to pursue these charges.
- Barrientos remains free on bail, with a court date set for August 21 to determine a sentencing date for the assault convictions.
