Before KLIA, this was Malaysia’s main international airport, complete with a futuristic terminal and Boeing 747s.

Then KLIA opened in 1998, and Subang’s iconic Terminal 1 was demolished in 2003.

An entire generation of Malaysians grew up knowing an airport that no longer exists.
