Malaysia is cracking down on corrupt condo JMBs

Your condo JMB could be managing millions in maintenance fees, sinking funds and contracts.

And authorities are paying closer attention.

There have already been JMB committee members charged over alleged misuse of funds, MACC arrests involving RM1.5 million, and residents reporting a RM3.3 million condo contract to MACC.

Now MACC wants tighter rules around procurement, financial management and conflicts of interest.
