Singapore is trying to cool down its entire city. 🇸🇬
They’re testing outdoor cooling systems, using heat-reflective paint on buildings and designing neighbourhoods to improve airflow.
Why? Because one study estimates that heat could cost Singapore S$2.22 billion a year in economic output by 2035.
As temperatures rise, keeping a city cool may become an economic necessity, not just a matter of comfort.
Could KL do the same?
