Why did Anwar suddenly give us back 100 litres of subsidised petrol?

Anwar just restored the BUDI95 petrol quota from 200 litres back to 300 litres a month.

But here’s the strange part: fewer than 1% of users consistently exceed 200 litres.

So why increase it?

The answer says a lot about what the government is trying to do right now.
