Manchester United's board have drawn up a new three-point plan for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
United currently sit two points above the relegation zone after a poor start to their season but the board believe Solskjaer is the right man to guide them out of the club's current situation.
The Times says they have a three-point plan they want the Norwegian to implement at the club.
The report claims these are: winning trophies, playing attacking dynamic football with X-factor players and giving youth a chance.
United currently sit 12th in the table and despite being 15 points behind league leader Liverpool, the board have told Solskjaer his job is currently safe.
