Aston Villa signing Bjorn Engels admits it's been difficult adjusting to the Premier League's intensity.
The central defender, signed from Reims, has featured in both of Villa's matches this season, losses against Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth.
He told The Birmingham Mail: "It was the same [against Spurs]. There is big intensity every minute.
"You don't have any time to rest. It is something new for me.
"Every second you need to be sharp. It is the best league in the world and we need to be ready."
