Chelsea have opened talks with Emerson about a new deal.

The Londoners are now ready to increase his salary to 5m, plus bonuses. Now he earns 3.9m.
Emerson moved to Chelsea from Roma in 2018 for 20m.
Last season, he played 27 matches in all competitions, scoring once with two assists. This season he has appeared five times.
