BEIJING: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 50 km NNW of Rabaul, Papua New Guinea, at 0111 GMT on Friday, the US Geological Survey said, reported Xinhua.

The epicentre, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 3.80 degrees south latitude and 151.95 degrees east longitude. - Bernama
