BEIJING: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted the southeast of Honshu, Japan, at 2122 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said, reported Xinhua.

The epicentre, with a depth of 10km, was initially determined to be at 31.09 degrees north latitude and 141.86 degrees east longitude. - Bernama
