
THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced late on Friday that 2,799 of the 3,290 (85.08 percent) passed the June 2026 Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA).
It is the highest overall passing rate in recent years.
Results were released two working days after the examinations.
Several passers in the top 10 were from universities and colleges in Mindanao.
The top 10 passers include:
1. Eloisa Marie Tan Plana — University of the Philippines (UP)-Mindanao (90.60 percent). 2. Michael Bryan Barredo Gacer — University of San Agustin (89.70 percent). 3. Krystyn Isabelle Baclig Remedios — Notre Dame of Dadiangas University Inc. (89.10 percent). 4. Katrina Isabel Muriel Hingpit Templa — University of Mindanao-Davao City; Jessie Jave Gorgonio Wahing — Mapúa Malayan Colleges-Mindanao (89 percent). 5. Khurtz Herbert Quiñones Gatus — Mapúa Malayan Colleges-Mindanao (88.60 percent). 6. Peter Zanjao Zarriz — Iloilo Science and Technology University (88.50 percent). 7. Joash John Gasmin Montealegre — UP Mindanao (88.40 percent). 8. Chriza Maye Devero Peñaflor — University of Mindanao-Davao City (88.30 percent). 9. Glynry Lozano Tubidan — UP Mindanao (88.20 percent). 10. Hans Icasiano Tubiola — Saint Louis University; Krisha Angeli Potente Raquiz — Iloilo Science and Technology University (87.70 percent). The June 8–10 LEA was conducted in testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
