今天分享一个和basque burnt cheesecake做法很像但没有cheese的蛋糕,那就是Half Baked Honey Castella爆浆半熟蜂蜜焦糖蛋糕!这个蛋糕也是会爆浆,虽然没有加cream cheese,但口感还是很绵密,入口即化!

所需的材料:65g 蛋黄、1个鸡蛋、30g 糖、一点盐、25g 蜂蜜、3g香草精、3g柠檬汁、35g 面粉

方法:

1. 将蛋黄放在一锅热水上,加入鸡蛋、糖、盐、蜂蜜、香草精和柠檬汁并搅拌混合直到完全均匀无颗粒。

2. 用手动搅拌器搅打面糊直到变成象牙色,然后将面粉筛入碗里,并继续搅拌混合。

3. 准备好烤盘并铺上烘培纸。把面糊倒入烤箱盘,除去气泡,然后在预热180度的烤箱中烘烤14-15分钟。
