Bayer Leverkusen chief Simon Rolfes insists no offer from Chelsea has been fielded for Kai Havertz.
Rolfes is also adamant Havertz will not leave Bayer before their Europa League campaign concludes.
Chelsea are said to have opened formal talks with Bayer about a fee for Havertz this week, but Rolfes says: "We have said on several occasions that we are going to finish the season with our whole team.
"And that includes Kai. It is obvious to us.
"We have not received any offers."
