Maignan, a France international, is being lined up a move to England this summer.
Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is keen, where Maignan would arrive to eventually succeed France and club captain Hugo Lloris.
However, Spurs aren't alone in their interest, with Chelsea preparing a bid of their own.
Le 10 Sport says once they find a buyer for Kepa Arrizabalaga then Chelsea will immediately slap in an opening bid for Maignan as a matter of priority.
