Borussia Dortmund have informed Manchester United of their conditions to sell Jadon Sancho.
Ruhr Nachrichten reports United are the only suitor in contact with BVB for the England international - and BVB have now informed United representatives of their terms.
BVB insists Sancho will only be sold for €120m, which is a valuation that is non-negotiable.
The Germans have also set a deadline for United to close the signing, insisting if Sancho is still their player by the time the club's August 10 training camp in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, comes around, then he will not be allowed to leave.
For their part, United rate the England international closer to half of BVB's current assessment.
