Brighton boss Graham Potter admits Alireza Jahanbakhsh is frustrated about his situation.

The Iran winger has struggled for minutes during the Premier League restart and is attracting Eredivisie interest from PSV Eindhoven and Ajax.

Potter told the Brighton & Hove Independent: "He is of course frustrated because he wants to play more and I understand that.

"He's great at the club, we get along very well and he gives everything, but like every footballer he wants to play more. It's something we need to think about during the summer break so that we can make a decision that is good for him and the club.

“Alireza is a good player and can help us. But from his perspective, I can understand that he wants to play more often than he does now."

Jahanbakhsh joined Brighton two years ago from AZ Alkmaar for €19m.
