超简单食材:

🍠红薯150g左右

🥚鸡蛋1个

 🍫可可粉适量

🥣浓稠酸奶100g (酸奶是甜的没额外加糖)

制作也超简单!

挞皮用红薯捣成泥来做。

1在碗内倒入半瓶酸奶,加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。

2把红薯泥放进模具,倒入蛋液。

3烤箱开180度烤30分钟,烤好后淋上剩下的半瓶酸奶就可以了!
