this.src='https://images.goodytech.io/images/catalog/21806/20200817_15976378790314.jpeg'"></picture><br><br></span></p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">做法:</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">- 挞皮 -</span></p><p>1. 将低筋面粉和杏仁粉提前过筛到一个碗里,再把盐倒入碗中搅拌均匀。</p><p>3. 把黄油放进碗里,将它压碎,压均匀。</p><p>4. 倒入冷水,慢慢将它揉成面团,就可以把它放在油纸上擀平。擀平之后,直接放进冰箱冷藏30分钟。</p><p>5. 30分钟之后,可以从冰箱将它取出,再放进模具中压平。(*尽量将它压成一样的厚度)</p><p>6. 压平之后,用叉子在挞皮底部戳孔,就可以放进已预热的烤箱里,以180度烤上30分钟即可。</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">- 蛋糕体 -</span></p><p>1. 先将奶油奶酪放在一个碗里待它软化。</p><p>3. 软化之后,就可以加入鸡蛋、白糖和香草精搅拌均匀,拌匀之后,加入淡奶油继续搅拌。</p><p>4. 再把已经过筛的低筋面粉慢慢倒入在蛋糕糊里,一样慢慢将它拌匀,就可以把它过筛到烤好的挞皮里。</p><p>5. 烤箱提前预热,将装有蛋糕糊的挞皮放进烤箱里,以160度烤上35分钟就可以取出放凉,再把它放入冰箱冷藏3小时以上。</p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">- 芝士奶酪冻 -</span></p><p>1. 将已经软化的奶油奶酪放在一个碗里,再把白糖和香草精倒进去搅拌均匀。</p><p>2. 准备另一个碗,将淡奶油倒进里面,打发至5分发,就可以将刚才拌匀的奶油奶酪加在一起。</p><p>3. 把吉利丁片先泡冷水,让它软化之后,就可以挤干它的水份,把它放进热牛奶里,继续搅拌均匀。</p><p>4. 拌匀后,把它倒进奶油奶酪里让它们混合均匀。</p><p>5. 把已经冷藏一段时间的芝士蛋糕挞取出,将刚拌匀的芝士奶酪酱倒在表层。记得要压上泡沫膜,才把它放进冰箱冰3个小时。</p><p>6. 准备享用的时候,将蛋糕拿出来,再淋上蜜糖就大功告成了。</p><p><br></p><p>它除了造型很特别之外,吃起来的口感也很棒,所以无论你想做来自己吃或是请家人朋友吃,都绝对适合啦~ 想吃芝士蛋糕挞,自己动手做起来!</p><p><br></p><p><picture><source media="(min-width: 992px)"> <img id="image177202012218" src="https://images.goodytech.io/images/catalog/21806/20200817_15976373987792_mobile.jpeg" alt="https://images.goodytech.io/images/catalog/21806/20200817_15976373987792_mobile.jpeg" class="image" onerror="this.onerror=null;
