The club has many attackers, and Alli does not best fit into the 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 formation Mourinho intends to play.
And The Telegraph claims PSG are the favourites to sign Alli this transfer window.
It appears the two clubs are in talk over a loan move.
News of Alli leaving first came when Gareth Bale's possible loan from Real Madrid was discussed.
It was first reported Real would take the player for a year, but that did not materialize.
