The German FA has confirmed Kai Havertz has left the national team's camp to complete a transfer to England.
The 21-year-old is expected to complete a move to Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen in the next 24 hours.
A statement from the German FA this morning read: "Kai Havertz left the German national team's quarters in Stuttgart on Friday. The reason for this is the impending transfer to England."
Havertz was an unused substitute in Thursday's 1-1 draw with Spain.
The Blues are expected to pay an upfront fee of £72m for the talented playmaker.
