Cruz Azul midfielder Orbelín Pineda has been called up by Mexico coach Gerardo Moreno.
Pineda replaces Napoli midfielder Hirving Lozano, who is a withdrawal from the squad. Lozano would have to sit out a 14-day quarantine should he leave Naples for Holland.
As such, Pineda replaces him for the tour of Holland.
Pineda was due in Holland this morning to join up with the El Tri squad. He was part of last year's Gold Cup triumph under Moreno.
