Felda thrashing sees Tambadaus through

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Tambadaus will remain in the top flight next season after Selangor did them a favour with a 6-1 thrashing of their closest relegation rival Felda United on Saturday.

There was only two points separating Sabah and Felda United before the start of the match and the latter had to beat Selangor in order to stand a chance of staying up and at the same time hoping Sabah will lose their final match against UiTM. 

The final result on Saturday means that the Sabah will finish at least in 10th position on their return to the Super League this season.
