Lyon coach Rudi Garcia has sent a warning to Barcelona counterpart Ronald Koeman.
Memphis Depay emerged as a target at the Camp Nou because of his cheap price tag and contract situation.
The Dutch international has just one year left on his current deal at Lyon and, despite agreeing personal terms with Barcelona, he remains in France for now.
"Remind me to attack Koeman when the moment is right," Lyon boss Garcia said.
"It's not the right [moment] yet, but when it is, I'll do it.
"We'll see what happens. We'll be in January soon. We'll have to wait and see how things go. He's not leaving for sure, but there will probably be clubs in for him soon."
