Chelsea youngster Ian Maatsen has joined Charlton Athletic on a season-long loan.
It is the 18-year-old's first loan spell which comes after he made his first-team debut last season.
Maatsen signed a new long-term contract in March and will now try and test himself at senior level.
Speaking on the move, he said: "I'm buzzing to get started.
"I will learn from the boys, I think I will do well here. I will work hard and try to show my best."
