Calciomercato.it says the 20 year-old forward is on the radar of Arsenal, along with Juventus, AC Milan and PSG.
Brenner, 20, has a contract to 2022 with Sao Paulo.
This season, he has scored 15 goals in 25 games for Sao Paulo.
