Land grants to natives continue

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah will continue enjoying postponement of paying premium for changing land use conditions until Dec 31 next year to encourage growth of the property development sector in the State.

Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin said work processes related to land development will also be implemented digitally, starting next year, to accelerate the development of the property sector in Sabah.

He said the State Government will continue to focus on the issuance of land grants to the people of Sabah, especially the natives in rural areas.
