Kota Kinabalu: Palm Oil Industrial Cluster (POIC) Chairman Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee took a time out to be briefed on the updates of the operation aspects of Layang Layang Aerospace at its premises located at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) Monday.

Present to brief the newly-appointed Chairman-cum-Nominated State Assemblyman was the company’s Managing Director Hj Abd Poong.

After the executive briefing, Poong together with BIMP-EAGA Business Council Sabah Chairman Carl Moosom and Deputy Chairman Datuk James Lim, escorted Yong and other visitors in the tour of the flying school.

Layang Layang Aerospace presently has over 200 full-time students taking Helicopter and Fixed-Wing courses.
