Angler is missing after boat capsizes off Tuaran

Tuaran: A local angler is feared missing after the boat he was in with three friends was hit by waves at the Kg Bolong river mouth at 9am on Sunday.

Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Sabah and Labuan Director, First Admiral Mohd Rosli Abdullah, said Manji Baka, 50, has still not been found while three of his friends were reported safe.

 “We received an emergency call at 9.23am and were informed that the fibreglass fishing boats of the victims capsized after being hit by waves.
