Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (pic) urged the relevant authorities to be considerate of the difficulties Sabahans living in the peninsula face when returning to the State. He said this is due to rising living costs in Kuala Lumpur which poses financial difficulties when a fellow Sabahans decides to return home. “Living costs are expensive and continually rising. (They have to think of) where to buy tickets, where to get swab tests.

“Even if they are bachelors living alone, they will have to budget appropriately when returning home. What more a husband and wife with four kids, the cost will skyrocket,” he said in a post on his personal Facebook, Thursday.
