Besiktas refuse to drop plans of re-signing Everton striker Cenk Tosun.
The club's president Ahmet Nur Cebi insists the door is open to Tosun for the January market.
He told TRT Spor: “He's a player we know. He is currently playing at another club. I don't know how the conditions will form in January.
"But if there is an opportunity, our door is open. I would love Cenk.
"If that happens, why not, we would love it."
