Fenerbahce president Ali Koc has declared they're planning a move for Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil.
Off contract in June, Ozil is currently kicking his heels at Arsenal after not being registered with their Premier League and Europa League squads.
Koc is a fan and is eager to bring Ozil to Fener in 2021.
The German is seeking €10m-a-year to move to Fener and Koc admits he's courting sponsors to help fund the deal.
“Fenerbahce is unable to bear such a financial burden. It's a beautiful dream. If the dream came true, it would be great," he told BILD.
