Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says they'll be ready for their Carabao Cup semifinal against Manchester City.
United face Manchester City in the Carabao Cup semi at Old Trafford on Wednesday having been dumped out of the Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup at the same stage last season.
"We are happy to be in a semi-final and of course a semi-final is a chance to go to the final," said Solskjaer whose side are joint-top of the Premier League after beating Aston Villa 2-1 on Friday.
"Last year we were just not capable of going through. I think we've improved since then and we are going to give it a go.
"With regards to the league position, it is a long, long season and I still think we've got a lot to learn. Let's see March, April where we are then."
