Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font insists Lionel Messi has plenty to offer.
Messi is now in the veteran phase of his career and off contract in June, but Font insists the Argentine still has much to offer.
He said, "He is the best player in football history.
"He's known how to take care of himself throughout his career. He never suffered a serious injury.
"I'm sure he's still capable of playing, and we can adapt his role for a few years. And even when he retires, the Messi-Barça link will hold for a long time."
