Barcelona intend to challenge Chelsea for PSG prospect Kays Ruiz-Atil.
Off contract in June and unhappy with the terms tabled by PSG, Ruiz-Atil has been dropped by coach Mauricio Pochettino back to the U19 team.
His situation has caught the attention of Chelsea, where former PSG coach Thomas Tuchel is now in charge. Tuchel gave the teen his first team debut earlier this season.
But France Football says Chelsea won't get a clear run, with Barca also keen.
Barca lost Ruiz-Atil to PSG in 2015 and would be happy to welcome him back as a free agent this summer.
