Poor Tenom folks compounded RM1,000

Tenom: Eight mostly elderly villagers of Kg Anglor here living in poverty regret police action in compounding them RM1,000 each for allegedly violating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the Movement Control Order (MCO) on Jan. 27.

 They were penalised for being inside a vehicle that had 13 passengers.
