Brighton will demand big money for Tariq Lamptey this summer.
The Brighton & Hove Independent says as Everton circle, Brighton will not consider selling Lamptey for less than £30m this summer.
The 20-year-old broke onto the scene during the end of the 2019/20 season having joined from Chelsea in the winter transfer window for just £3million.
Albion tied Lamptey down to a new contract until June 2025 earlier this season.
At Everton, he's seen as a long-term successor for Seamus Coleman.
