PENAMPANG: Only 798,402 or 20.3 per cent of Sabah’s estimated 3.9 million population have taken part in the Malaysian Population and Housing Census 2020 (Census 2020) as of Monday (April 5). The Census 2020, which kicked off nationwide in July last year, showed Sabah’s completion rate is among the lowest after Sarawak (30 per cent) compared to other states in the country.
