Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is pushing to bring Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.
BILD says with Tammy Abraham out of favour and Timo Werner missing a string of glorious chances, it is no surprise a new striker is on the agenda for Chelsea.
Erling Haaland has been heavily linked with a move - but the Blues know they would face intense competition for the Borussia Dortmund world-beater. And it has now been reported that Tuchel actually wants Lukaku having 'fallen in love' with the former Blues striker.
The Belgian has thrived at Inter Milan and has now played his way to the top of Tuchel's shortlist.
But it is likely to take over £100m to bring him back to London.
