Manchester City ace Kevin De Bruyne's Euros campaign is in doubt after being forced off in the Champions League final defeat to Chelsea.
De Bruyne departed the pitch in tears after suffering a concerning injury.
The Manchester City vice-captain was clattered into by Antonio Rudiger in the 56th minute, with the Chelsea defender shown a yellow card for his challenge.
De Bruyne was unable to get to his feet and received treatment on the pitch for a suspected head or neck injury.
The Belgian midfielder was then helped to the touchline by physios and made straight for the tunnel with tears streaming down his face.
It was a cruel end to the season for a player considered one of the best in the world.
