Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Gerakan Liaison Chairman Datuk Alexander Lo Su Hyen (pic) believes the current Covid-19 pandemic situation is still beyond control with more variant viruses appearing and therefore early vaccination is important to stabilise the axis of the epidemic.
He said this after receiving his first dose Covid-19 vaccine, here.
Lo said as early as after the vaccine was opened for registration, even though some people had doubts about the effectiveness of the vaccine, he took the lead to quickly register for the vaccination via MySejahtera.
\"After the vaccination today, I hope I can respond and encourage more people in Sabah who have not yet registered to respond actively by registering for vaccination,” he said.
Lo said Sabah Gerakan has also launched an awareness campaign in various districts in the past few weeks, calling for and assisting the people of Sabah to register for vaccination.
