Championat reports FC Krasnodar are eager to close a deal for the Uruguay international.
Indeed, Krasnodar have already made an opening offer for Torreira, who is available from the Gunnners after last season's loan with Atletico Madrid.
Torreira's agent confirmed interest from Russia last week.
