Manchester United have made contact with AC Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
The 27-year-old's time at AC Milan appears to be over, with no contract renewal in sight. And that means he's entitled to leave the San Siro for free in the upcoming transfer window.
TMW says Calhanoglu has an offer to join United this summer.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are well-stocked for playmakers, with Bruno Fernandes, Donny van de Beek, Paul Pogba and Juan Mata all capable of playing in the No 10 position.
But Calhanoglu, as a free transfer, could definitely appeal.
Juventus are also lurking, with Massimiliano Allegri determined to get his second stint in charge of the Old Lady off to a flying start.
