KRC Genk are due a major windfall from Aston Villa's swoop for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey.

Villa and Bayer have announced the two clubs have struck terms over a fee of €35m for the Jamaica international.

And Bailey's former Belgian club Genk will be due a significant cut of the fee generated.

Voetbal24 says a hefty percentage is due Genk, meaning €4m will be pouring into their coffers in the coming months.

Bailey is due for a medical in England in the first-half of this week.
