Scott Dann has signed for Championship side Reading as a free agent.
The 34-year-old had been a free agent after his release by Crystal Palace at the end of last season.
Royals manager Veljko Paunovic said: "Scott will play a crucial part in helping us keep clean sheets and win football matches.
